i'm just rambling what is in my head right now....it's a work thing that i myself can't figure it out...
how can you (I) implement something new which i see it as a helpful tool for the company....if the people here can't stop rambling on how much work he/she must do in order for the system to work....
of course there will be a lot of work to do now, but it will make your work more systematic and make your life easier in the future.....
i just don;t get it....and i;m just getting frustrated with their attitude...
i'm here to help, but if people making a big fuss out of it....forget it...i will not help anymore...

I totally understand your situation. Been there as well. Memang suck sangat sebab they expected something, like a system to sort of make their lives easier, per se, tetapi, masalahnya, depa semua malas nak ikut nak comply or even worse, taknak co-operate langsung.
Kira tau complaint ini tak efficient, itu tak systematic yada yada yada, tapi bila kita dah make some effort, depa dok buat dek jek. Sakit hati siot dgn orang2 macamni.
Eh ni aku tension ke hang tension, syikin?!? ;p Oppss terlebih sudah.
hehe....takpe2...sama2 tensen...dah la time tu aku bincang ngan org tua...time tu aku adala ala2 ngamuk ngan die ni....sib baik aku tarik nafas panjang2 bagi turun siket marah...
